Wilma Weber was born on May 30,1932 to August and Katharina Miller on a farm East of Linton, ND. Wilma was one of eleven children. In 1946, the Miller family moved to a farm near Zeeland, ND. Wilma stayed on the family farm and cared for her mother that had become ill. Wilma's mother passed away in 1950. During this time, Wilma also cared for her three younger siblings at the farm. Wilma then moved to California to help care for her father who was receiving cancer treatments. While in California, Wilma worked as a Nurse's Aide at the Mason Hospital in Lodi. She really enjoyed her work at the hospital helping others. After some time, Wilma moved back to Wishek, ND from California.

In 1951, Wilma met Raymond Weber, the love of her life, at a local dance. Wilma and Raymond were married on September 23,1953 at the Wishek Reformed Church. As newlyweds, they lived with Raymond's parents on the Edward Weber farm outside of Wishek. Eventually Wilma and Raymond took over the farm and started their own family with the birth of their only child, Steve Wilbur Weber on December 13,1954.

In 1964, Wilma, Raymond, and little Steve moved to Lodi, CA. Wilma went to work as a waitress, which she did for many years. She also owned and operated her own restaurant for a short time. Wilma was very well-liked by her many patrons. Wilma retired to then care for her three grand girls, whom she cared for from very young ages.

In 2008, Raymond passed away in Lodi, CA. Wilma continued to reside at their home in town until the summer of 2021 when she followed her son and most of her family to Bismarck, ND. Here she spent the majority of her time with family and friends made along the way. Wilma had a love of cooking, coffee, and spending time with her family around the dinner table with a meal she just prepared.

Wilma had a strong faith in God. She was diligent about reading and studying Scripture. Wilma was very dedicated to her family and had an unwavering love for them. She was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and aunt. She will be forever and greatly missed. Wilma entered into eternal rest with our Lord in the comfort of her home amongst family on May 7, 2025.

Wilma was preceded in death by her mother and father, August and Katharina Miller. Her siblings, Baby Miller, Calvin Miller, Emil Miller, Melvin Miller, August Miller, Amanda Semenza, Hilda Miller, Edwin Miller, Delmar Miller, and Eleanor Maier.
