;          The funeral for Wilbert "Willie" Vossler, Wishek, ND will be Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 1:30 pm at St. Luke Lutheran Church, Wishek, ND. Visitation will be Friday from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Dahlstrom Funeral Home, Wishek, ND. Burial will be at St. Luke Lutheran Cemetery, Wishek, ND.

Wilbert Vossler, son of Edward and Emma (Just) Vossler was born on the family farm September 19, 1932 at Wishek, ND. He grew up and attended rural school. Wilbert served in the US Army from 1955 to 1956. Wilbert married Laverna (Brandner) September 9, 1958 at Zeeland, ND. Wilbert farmed in the Wishek and Zeeland area until 2000 when he and Laverna moved into Wishek where he worked at the Steel Plant.

Wilbert died Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at the Wishek Living Center, Wishek, ND. He was 84 years old.

Wilbert is survived by his wife, Laverna, Wishek, ND; four daughter, Brenda (Eugene) Nolz, Jr, Venturia, ND, Peggy (Tim) Scherr, Sioux Falls, SD, Charlene Vossler, Scottsdale, AZ and Sheila Vossler, Peoria, AZ; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Oscar Vossler, Wishek, ND and Wesley Vossler, McLaughlin, SD; two sisters, Lorraine (Lester) Lang, Ashley, ND and Loretta Vossler, Bloomington, MN.
