The funeral service for Vicki Ketterling will be held Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Dahlstrom Funeral Home, Wishek, ND. Visitation will be held Friday, January 3, 2020 from 5-7 PM at Dahlstrom Funeral Home, Wishek, ND.

Vicki was born February 4, 1960 in Bismarck, ND to Delmer and Margaret (Oliger) Olsen. Vicki and her family later moved to Jamestown, ND where she graduated from Jamestown High School in 1978. After high school Vicki moved to Devils Lake. She then went onto attend college at Grand Forks, ND to be a phlebotomist. After college she worked in Mankato, MN until moving to Wishek, ND where she worked at the Ashley Hospital as a phlebotomist. Most recently she worked out of her home until she became ill. She married Rodney Ketterling on September 6, 2006 in Wishek, ND. Vicki enjoyed spending time with family and doing jigsaw puzzles.

Vicki died Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at St. Alexius Medical Center, Bismarck, ND. She was 59 years old.

Vicki is survived by her husband Rodney, Wishek, ND; sons, David Paulson, Bismarck and Jason Messner, CO; grandchildren, Kaden, Trysten, Jaycee and Miles; father, Delmer Olsen, Bismarck, ND; sisters, Dawn Melland, Jamestown, ND, Michelle (Steve) Schoneberg, Rugby, ND, Stephanie (Corey) Olson, Bottineau, ND and six nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother Margaret Olsen; grandparents, Lillian and Elmer Olsen and Donald and Mildred Oliger; brother-in-law, Bruce Melland; uncles, Melvin Olsen, James Oliger, Marvin Oliger and Donnie Oliger.
