Obituary

Steven John Boschee, 61, of Eagan, MN, formerly of Wishek, ND, received his biker wings when he passed away unexpectedly November 11, 2021. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 27th at 10:30 AM at Faith Community Church, Wishek, ND.

Steve was born to Albert and Audrey (Just) Boschee on May 18, 1960 in Jamestown, ND. Steve grew up on the family farm and attended Lehr Public School. In 1973 the family moved to Wishek and Steve graduated from Wishek High School with the class of 1978.  Steve continued his education at Wahpeton State School of Science. Steve's job opportunities took him all over the United States. In 1985 Steve settled in the Minneapolis area. For over 30 years, Steve worked in data communications, traveling across the country to install phone systems

As much as he traveled, he couldn't wait to get home to eat home cooked meals and to enjoy his passion of riding his Harley. Riding the Black Hills and scenic MN roads with his friends was truly his happy place. Many weekends were spent riding to listen to live music. Another love was his mom's and sister's cooking, with many favorites requested during each visit. His bond with his 3 nieces is also something that he cherished.

Steve is survived by his mom, Audrey Boschee, Wishek, ND; sister Sharon (Terry) Mertz, Bismarck, ND; Goddaughter and Niece Rebecca (Rich) Sandell, Fargo, ND; Nieces Christina (Nathan) Johnson, Bismarck, ND and Sarah Mertz, St Paul, MN; Great Nephews and Nieces, Carter, Isaac, Amelia, and Abigail.  Uncles, aunts, numerous cousins and friends from several areas of Minnesota.

Preceding him in heaven is his father, Albert (1978) and both sets of grandparents.

Some will walk through the pearly gates. Some will ride. Ride on, Steve!

Steven's family would like to give a special thanks to cousins Kathy Just and Craig Meidinger and friends Bob & Vickey Casey.
