Stanley Brinkman, 75 of Aberdeen, SD, passed away November 21, 2023 at Sioux Falls, SD. A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 5:00 PM at Feist Funeral Home, Wishek, ND, with visitation starting at 4:00 PM. Burial will be held on Tuesday December 5, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Luke Lutheran Cemetery, Wishek. A livestream of Stanley's service will be available on the funeral home website.

Stanley Leo Brinkman was born January 24, 1948 in Ashley, ND to Leo and Marie (Serr) Brinkman. Stanley grew up in Wishek, ND. He lived the majority of his life in the Aberdeen, SD area. He worked for International Harvester and John Deere Implement dealerships before starting his own business in Columbia, SD. Stanley also owned a mechanics shop and sold cars from his shops in Bath, SD and on the north side of Aberdeen for several years. Stanley also graduated from Northern State College with a degree in Sociology.

Stanley enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.

Stanley is survived by his two children, Shane Brinkman of Warner, SD and Nicole (Jeff) Cox of Frederick, SD; two grandchildren and four step grandchildren; his siblings, Sharon (Larry) Thilmony of Ashland, MO, Susan (Bill) Johnson, Burnsville, MN, Synthia (Richard) Menholt of Felton, MN, Katherine Brinkman of Fargo, ND, Randall (Sally) Brinkman of Haegar City, WI and Russell (Heidi) Brinkman of McKinney, TX; his brother-in-law Will Morlock of Watertown, SD and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Marie Brinkman and his sister, Pat Morlock.
