Linda Entzie's Obituary
The funeral for Linda Entzie, 54, Lehr, ND will be Friday, March 25, 2011 at 10:30 AM at United Methodist Church at Lehr, ND. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at the church. Burial will be at the Lehr City Cemetery.
Linda Marie Derheim daughter of Paul and Vera (Muske) Derheim was born August 27, 1956 at Wishek, ND. She grew up in lehr, ND and attended Lehr Public School graduating in 1974 and received a Bachelor of University Studies Degree from NDSU at Fargo, ND in 1978. Her employment included Blumhardt Manufacturing, Inc, McIntosh Social Services, Natural Resources Conservation Services, McIntosh Co. Soil Conservation District, USDA Farm Service Agency all at Ashley, ND. Linda married her high school sweetheart, Ronald Entzie on October 28, 1979. They moved to the family farm in April of 1980 where they still reside. They enjoyed traveling, camping and spending time with family and friends. Linda enjoyed music, crafts, puzzles, baking, trying new recipes and sharing with others. She also enjoyed spending time with her dog Molly. Linda was active in the Lehr United Methodist Church, teaching Sunday school, singing in the choir and trio. She played the organ and piano at church for almost 40 years. She especially enjoyed prayer pals and helping with Children's church.
Linda died Tuesday, March 22, 2011 under the care of Prairie View Hospice of Wishek at her home. She was 54 years old.
Linda is survived by her husband, Ron; brother David Derheim and special friend, Judith Chioli, Columbia, Maryland; mother and father in-law Alvin and Delores Entzie, Lehr, ND; sisters in-law, Sharon (James) Eiseman, Strasburg, ND; Linda (John) Stock, Wishek, ND; Wanda Schreiner and fiance' Wade Bergren, Ashley, ND; Sandra (Sidney) Meidinger, Fredonia, ND; nine nieces and nephews; thirteen great nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
