The funeral for Joseph A. Nolz, Napoleon, ND will be Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 10:30 AM at St. Andrew's Catholic Church at Zeeland, ND.  Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Zeeland, ND.  Burial will be at St. Andrew's Catholic Cemetery, Zeeland, ND.

Joseph A. Nolz, son of Andrew M. and Anna (Feist) Nolz was born July 29, 1925 at Zeeland, ND.   He grew up on the family farm in the Zeeland area.   He attended grade school and High School at Zeeland, ND.  After his schooling Joe stayed on the farm and raised Purebred cattle.   Joseph entered the Napoleon Care Center in January of 1987 which was his home for the last 32 years.

Joe died Saturday, September 22, 2019 at CHI St. Alexius Medical Center, Bismarck, ND. Joe was 94 years old.

Joseph is survived by three brothers, Francis (Anna) Nolz, Linton, ND; Pius Nolz, Wells, NV; Andrew (Liz) Nolz, Cedar Rapids, IA; one sister, Helen (Ray) Wolf, Zeeland, ND.  Joe was preceded in death by four brothers, Eugene, Martin, Leo and Aloys; two sisters, Annie Senger and Rose Marie Nolz.
