Garold Schwartzenberger, 81 of Bismarck formerly of Napoleon, ND, died July 5, 2026, at Missouri Slope Care Center, Bismarck. A graveside service with military honors will be held on Friday, July 10, 2026 at 1:00 pm at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan, ND.

Garold is survived by his brother, Tony Schwartzenberger, California. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anton and Barbara (Schumacher) Schwartzenberger; sisters, Gloria Owens and Celestine Alvarado; and brothers Dennis Schwartzenberger and Robert Schwartzenberger.
