Private graveside services were held for Emma Ulmer, 91, Wishek, ND at the Wishek City Cemetery.

Emma Ulmer was born December 12, 1926 to Karl and Ottilia (Zimmerman) Schock on the family farm 10 miles north of Ashley, ND.  She attended Lydia School District No. 3.  She married Ben Ulmer on November 27, 1952.  They were married for 64 ½ years.  They farmed 7 miles south of Wishek for 42 years.  They moved to Wishek in 1990 and were members of the First Baptist Church in Wishek.  Her passion was her Doll Collection.

Emma died Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at the Wishek Living Center.

Emma is survived by a sister, Darlene Rott, Sisters-in-law, Caroline Ulmer, Darlene Ulmer and Irene Thurn of Wishek, ND, Violet Ulmer, Federal Way, WA and Vivian Ulmer, Surprise, AZ; Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, George and Jean Ulmer, Frieda and Bud Billington, Sun City, AZ and many nieces and nephews.  Emma was preceded in death by her husband Ben, her parents, brother Harold and three sisters, Ella Albrecht, Katie Schaffer and Darlene Schock.  Share memories and sign online guestbook at www.dahlstromfuneralservice.com .  Dahlstrom Funeral Home of Wishek, ND entrusted with arrangements.
