The funeral for Delores Entzie, Lehr, North Dakota will be held Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Nazareth Congregational Church in Fredonia, ND at 10:00 AM.  Visitation will be held Friday, August 11, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a pray service at 7:00 PM at Dahlstrom Funeral Home in Wishek, ND.  Burial will be at the Nazareth Congregational Cemetery, Fredonia, ND.

Delores Ruff daughter of John and Magdalena (Sprenger) Ruff was born November 22, 1934, near Kulm, ND.  She grew up and attended rural school west of Kulm, ND.  After her schooling, she worked at a café in Kulm.  Delores was united in marriage to Alvin Entzie on November 1, 1953 at Kulm, ND.  They moved to Colorado and lived in several communities there while Alvin did construction work in the state.  They moved to Lehr area in 1964 where they farmed and had a dairy operation.  She raised chickens, ducks, geese and turkeys.  She enjoyed fishing and ice fishing with Alvin, family and friends.  Delores was known for her potato salad, was also a great baker and loved baking all the Christmas goodies for family and friends.  She loved helping out at the Home Plate Café and working with Lisa,  Arlene and the rest of the crew. After they retired in 1993 they wintered in Texas.

Delores died Monday, August 7, 2017 at CHI St. Alexius in Bismarck, ND.  She was 82 years old.

Delores is survived by her husband, Alvin, Lehr, ND; one son, Ronald (Rhonda) Entzie, Lehr, ND; four daughters, Sharon (James) Eiseman, Wishek, ND, Linda (Jon) Stock, Wishek, ND, Wanda (Wade) Bergren, Ashley, ND, Sandra (Sidney) Meidinger, Fredonia, ND; fifteen grandchildren, twenty-five, great grandchildren; two sisters, Mabel Pahl, Aberdeen, SD and Pearl Eldridge, New Rockford, ND; sisters-in-law, Viola Lux, Ashley, ND, Lu Seefried, Jamestown, ND, Mildred Entzi, Lehr, ND, Sadie Ruff, Ashley, ND and Sandra Johnson, Jamestown, ND; brothers-in-law, Leo (Delight) Entzi, Johnny (Joyce) Entzi, Lehr, ND, Arnold Entzi, Iowa and John Wolf, Jamestown, ND.  Delores was preceded in death by one daughter-in-law, Linda Entzie, parents, three brothers, one sister, and several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and other family members.
