Clara Moe, daughter of Olf and Lydia (Groshong) Moe was born March 4, 1917 at Bygland, MN. Clara grew up and attended school at Byland, MN and also helped on the family farm. Clara married Lloyd H. Charron July 7, 1945 at New London, CT. They lived in Grand Forks, ND and moved to the Minot area in 1960. Clara was a cook at the Head Start Program and at the Public School in the area. Clara moved to Wishek, ND in 1999 where she has resided since. Clara is a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church at Wishek, ND.


Clara died Thursday, March 10, 2011 at the Wishek Home for the Aged, Wishek, ND. She was 94 years old.

Clara is survived by one son-in-law, Henry Buchholz, Lehr, ND; two grandsons; several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd; one daughter, Maxine Buchholz; two sons, Stanford and Dale; parents; two brothers and one sister.
