The funeral for Christine Fandrich, 38, Bismarck, ND will be Monday, June 13, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Wishek Civic Center, Wishek, ND. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Dahlstrom Funeral Home, Wishek, ND and from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Wishek Civic Center with a prayer service at 7:30 PM. Burial will be at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Wishek, ND.

Christine Fandrich daughter of Ronald and Pam Jackson was born September 8, 1977 at Wishek, ND. She graduated from high school in 1996 at White Sulfer Springs, MT. Chris attended school at the University of Montana. She was a Licensed Pharmacy Technician. She worked as a Pharmacy Tech at Steele Drug, Steele, ND. Chris later received her Nursing Degree at Med Center One, Bismarck, ND. She worked as an RN at MedCenter One and for the last two years she had been working at St. Alexius at Bismarck, ND. Chris and her family were in the process of moving to Montana to be closer to her mom and sister. She was eager to also start studying to be a Licensed Nurse Practitioner. Chris loved being a mom and recently became a grandma to Owen who was her pride and joy. Her girls would describe her as their best friend and someone who would do anything for anyone. She was a great mother who worked hard for her 3 children who she loved with her whole heart. She was "Mama Chris" to many of her girls' friends. She loved traveling, shopping, water and snow skiing and spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite trips were to return to Montana to spend time with her family. Chris's family, friends and nursing colleagues would describe her as kind, caring, a hard worker, a patient advocate and someone who had an infectious laugh.

Chris died Thursday, June 9, 2016 at Wishek, ND in a small plane crash with her son Aaron Nordstrom and her nephew Colbie Fandrich.  She was 38 years old.

Chris is survived by her children, Madison Puklich and Abigail Puklich, Bismarck, ND and grandson Owen Lee; her mother, Pamela Jackson, White Sulphur Springs, MT; sister Nicolle (Shane) Sereday, White Sulphur Springs, MT; brother, James (Jessica) Fandrich, Wishek, ND; stepbrother, Scott (Lynn) Jackson, White Sulphur Springs, MT; grandmother, Lorraine Rohweder, grandfather, Jim Amberg, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Ronald Jackson, grandparents, Virginia and Ervin Schauer and her niece Kaitlyn Sereday.
