Carol Gall, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother of Wishek, ND, passed away December 17, 2023 at her home at the age of 81. Cremation has taken place. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am, Friday, December 22, 2023 at St. Luke Lutheran Church, Wishek. Visitation will be held from 6-7 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at Feist Funeral Home, Wishek. Burial will take place at St. Luke Cemetery, Wishek.

Carol was born July 2, 1942 in Eureka, SD to Philip and Martha (Boschee) Martell. She was raised and educated in Wishek graduating from Wishek High School. Carol married the love of her life Norman Gall, together they enjoyed 61 years of marriage and were blessed with two children Stacy and Rob.

Carol worked various jobs throughout the years. She worked as a CNA for the Wishek Hospital. She did secretarial and bookkeeping work for her father at Martell's Farm Implement dealership and at MDU and Wishek Livestock. Following that she went on to work in the dietary department at the Wishek Living Center, for many years.

Carol enjoyed Quilting, where she made quilts for each one of her grandchildren, flower gardens, and most of all loved spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church, Saddle Club, Eagles and the Diamond Square Dancers.

Carol is survived by her children Stacy (Jeff) Meidinger, Wishek and Rob Gall, Bismarck; grandchildren, Brittany (Andrew) Anundson, Jonathan (Rebecca) Meidinger, Jordon (Kirstie) Gall, Cameron (Tayler, fiancé) Gall; great grandchildren, Isaac, Ava and Axel Anundson and Koen Gall; and her loving brother, Mike (Fern) Martell, who was always there to care for her over the years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Norman in 2021 and two grandchildren, TJ Meidinger and Karlea Gall.
