Blaine Lundgren, son of Edwin and June (Norden) Lundgren, was born July 16, 1959, in Jamestown ND. He graduated from Kulm High School in 1977 and went on to receive an Associate of Applied Science degree from Bismarck State College in1979.
Blaine started farming in 1979 as the third generation on the (Lundgren family) farm. He was active on several boards including Allied Energy, Allied Agronomy, and Dakota Valley Electric. He was also involved with North Dakota Farmers Union and LaMoure County Farmers Union.
Blaine married Debra (Lindgren) July 3, 1984 in Kulm, ND. Together they had four children: Amanda (Lundgren) Hall, Egan Lundgren, Hannah (Lundgren) Bertsch, and Kaisa Lundgren.
If you asked Blaine, his greatest accomplishment was his legacy that will continue to live on through his farm with his children and cherished grandchildren.
Blaine is survived by his four children, Amanda (Devon) Hall, Egan (Krista) Lundgren, Hannah (Nick) Bertsch, and Kaisa (Nate West) Lundgren; his grandchildren, Jaelyn and Karsen Bertsch, Astrid, Hazel, and Iris Lundgren and DJ and Isaak Hall; three siblings, Brent (Sue) Lundgren, Gloria (Dale) Gackle, and Glenda Toay; as well as many loved cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Blaine is preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and June Lundgren; brother-in-law, Warren Gackle; cousin, Emery Lindgren; and dear friend, Virgil Bjur.
