Bernetta Kambeitz age 81, of Eagan, MN, died peacefully on October 10, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents George and Helen Kambeitz, siblings, Larry, Mary Helen and Mark and in laws Jane Kambeitz, Don Bitz and Larry Feist. Survived by sisters Leona Feist, Barb Bitz and brother Roger (Cheryl) Kambeitz, brother in law Bob Fladmark and many nieces and nephews. Bernetta was a special friend of Eileen O'Hara and her family and will be sorrowfully missed by many other friends and family members. Bernetta loved her Catholic faith and the community of Mary Mother of the Church, especially her divine mercy group. Special thanks to the staff at Eagan Point who truly loved her and the amazing hospice team at Brighton who gave her much comfort and peace. Funeral arrangements are as follows: Wednesday, October 16, 2019 . Visitation from 2 to 3:30 pm at Mary Mother of the Church, Burnsville MN. Mass of Christian burial at 3:30 followed by dinner reception. Bernetta will be buried in St. Philip Neri Catholic Cemetery, Napoleon, North Dakota on Friday, October 18, 2019 with a memorial mass at 10:30 am at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, Napoleon, ND. Her legacy will always be to pray and to put God first.
