The funeral for Ardella Eiseman, 75, Napoleon, ND will be Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 10:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Napoleon, ND. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at Dahlstrom Funeral Home, Napoleon. Burial will be at St. Luke Lutheran Cemetery, Wishek, ND.
Ardella Mae Hildenbrand, daughter of John and Emma (Lang) Hildenbrand was born October 29, 1939 in Logan County. She grew up in Wishek, ND and married Clinton Eiseman on June 30, 1963. They had three children. Ardella was an active member of the Trinity Lutheran Church. She worked for 33 years in the Napoleon Public School District, with many of those years as the head cook. In addition she catered several events such as the annual KEM Electric Banquet, the Corn Show, FFA banquets and many more. Ardella enjoyed cooking, baking, shopping, spending time with her family and her birthday club girls. She adored her grandchildren and loved to snuggle her great-granddaughters. She also enjoyed reading and watching movies. Ardella was a single mother for several years and nothing stopped her from being a hard worker.
Ardella died Sunday, December 14, 2014 at the Sanford Hospital, Bismarck, ND. She was 75 years old.
Ardella is survived by her son, Lyle (Marlene) Eiseman, Arlington, WA; two daughters, Twyla (Greg) Wald, Jamestown, ND and Tamra (Steven) Johnson, Fargo, ND; six grandchildren, Miranda (Brandon) Eiseman, Snohomish, WA, Joshua (Sam) Wald, Jamestown, ND, Andrea (Scott) Eiseman, Seattle, WA, Amber (Nathan) Lueck, Jamestown, ND, Morgan (Evan) Wald, Wimbledon, ND and Tanner Johnson, Fargo, ND; two great-granddaughters, Markell and Payson Lueck; two sisters, Ida Eiseman, Bismarck, ND and Irene Wirrenga, Adrian, ND; four brothers-in-law, Walter Schnabel, Napoleon, ND, Elmer (Doris) Eiseman, Bismarck, ND, Jack (Jan) Eiseman, Bismarck, ND and Harold Ratts, Jamestown, ND; two sisters-in-law, Phyllis (Marvin "Farmer") Gall, Wishek, ND and Delores Berry, Alaska and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton, parents, John and Emma, four sisters, Ester Ratts, Millie Homer, Katherine Schnabel and Erma Bohrer, five brothers, Edward, Alvin, John, Elmer (Louie) and Ted.
