Anthony Weigel Jr., 73, of Wishek, ND, passed away on April 25, 2020 of natural causes.

Tony was born on October 13, 1946 to Anthony Weigel Sr. and Rosalia (Wald) Weigel. He was one of seven children. He grew up on the family farm outside of Napoleon/Kintyre.

He met Pauline Feist in May and married her in December of 1969. Tony was very proud of being married for 50 years, raising their three children, and serving his country for 21 years. After living in Lincoln for 15 years, the family moved to a small farm outside of Menoken where they raised trees, pigs and fowl. After medical issues, they retired to a home in Wishek, ND.  Tony loved to fish every chance he got and until recently, hunting with his brother-in-law.

Tony is survived by his wife, Pauline, - Wishek, ND; and their three children: Rose (Raymond Jr) Kaseman - Wishek, ND, Scott (Sherrie) Weigel - Hugo, MN, Alex (Maristella Cremona) Weigel - Italy. Their 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren will dearly miss their "chocolate grandpa". He also leaves behind one brother, 4 sisters and their families as well as 2 sister-in-laws and 1 brother-in-law and their families.

A private military service will be planned at a later date at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery.
